As I recall I wrote this poem based on the music "The one that got away" from Katy Perry! I hope you like it~~

Gone

I wanted to grow old with you

Like you see in the movies

We sit side by side

Drinking tea

So peaceful, so happy

But you vanished from my side

No matter how fast I run

I can never seem to catch up

You’re the one that got away

And no matter how much I cry

I’ll never see you again

Because you’re gone

Gone from my side

And gone from this world

We’ll never grow old together

And I’ll never stop crying

I’ll never love anyone as much as I loved you
